THE MISSION OF PARTNERSHIP 4 HOPE! IS TO ENLIST AND EMPOWER MENTORS AND COMMUNITIES OF SUPPORT WHO WILL PARTNER WITH YOUNG ADULT FORMER FOSTER YOUTHS ON THEIR JOURNEY TOWARD INDEPENDENCE
Partnership 4 Hope is the legal corporation and structure for Truck Brigade and operator of Youth Mart.
BRIDGE TO INDEPENDENCE
Bridge to Independence is a program of the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services and provides stable support for young people ages 17-21 as they cross from foster care to adulthood.

FOR SERVICES
We offer positive change to individuals, families and communities across Nebraska through educational programs, transitional living services, early childhood education, and after school/summer programs.
The PREPARATION, TRANSITION & INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES program is designed to provide you support and guidance with the challenges of becoming independent. A PALS Specialist works with you one-on-one to help assess your strengths and abilities, as well as assist you in identifying your personal vision for becoming a successful independent adult.
Learn & Earn to Achieve Potential participants work with a team on academic, career, and life planning by developing a plan for balancing school, work and life.
CHILD SAVING INSTITUTE
We provide a safe haven and healing for thousands of innocent young victims of family crisis, neglect, and abuse. We offer the vital services necessary to make at-risk children safe and fractured families whole.
HEARTLAND FAMILY SERVICES

The mission of Omaha Home for Boys is to support and strengthen youth, young adults and families through services that inspire and equip them to lead independent and productive lives.

Branching out independent living
The Branching Out® Independent Living program increases the self-sufficiency of current and former foster care youth by helping them build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to thrive on their own. The program serves young men and women ages 14 to 24 who wish to become part of a community of thriving young adults supported by the caring Branching Out staff.

jacob’s place transitional living
The goal of Jacobs’ Place is to empower youth with the skills needed to lead independent, productive lives. Each resident works with staff to create a personalized independent living plan. Youth receive free, independent living training and learn the skills necessary for success such as cooking, how to build a resume, dressing for an interview, college planning, health and wellness, and how to find a safe apartment. Once youth complete the program, they may be referred to another Omaha Home for Boys Program, Branching Out® Independent Living.
OPPORTUNITY PASSPORT
“Opportunity Passport™ is a matched savings, asset-building program that includes financial literacy education and asset-specific training. It is a program of Project Everlast that is administered by Family Housing Advisory Services to help young adults transitioning from foster care to become financially capable.
PROJECT EVERLAST
An initiative of Nebraska Children and Families Foundation, Project Everlast seeks to help unconnected youth transition into productive adults.
YOUTH EMERGENCY SERVICES
Our mission is to serve homeless and at-risk youth by providing critically-needed resources which empower them to become self-sufficient.
Children’s Square is a private, non-profit organization that cares for children and families in need and teaches skills for hope and opportunity.
We are a group of 9 nonprofit organizations across Iowa who support youth who have aged out of foster care or other out-of-home placement to meet the challenges of independent living by including them as equal partners in planning and programming.
OPPORTUNITY YOUTH ALLIANCE (United Way of the Midlands)
Opportunity Youth are young adults between the ages of 16-24 who are disconnected from school or work.
Saint Francis Ministries provides a number of services in Nebraska. We provide healing and hope to children and families through foster care, adoption, and family preservation services. We want every child to get a chance at a happy and fulfilling life. Strong families make children’s lives better.
